CEO / Senior Consultant
“Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It’s not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it’s when you’ve had everything to do, and you’ve done it.”
For the past 20 years, I have worked in a Human Resource and Training capacity. My career began working in the Ski Industry, continued in the Restaurant Industry, and most recently as a small business owner, myself. I have developed quite a “tool kit” for Human Resource functions including the areas of compliance, recruiting, hiring, training and retention, team building, safety and risk management and supervisor training, as well as employee performance reviews, internal investigations and more. We have an amazing team at HR Annie – our knowledge bank and longevity of experience; our credible relationships with past and present clients; our amazing ability to say it like it is, weaves effortlessly with the needs of our clients. For fun and most importantly, I spend my free time with my family enjoying the amazing offerings of the great Northwest.

I’ve been working in HR for about 3 years, the first 2 years specifically in Employee and Labor Relations. I have a diverse career history ranging from Finance, Event Coordination and Wireless Operations. I’ve worked in both the private and the public sector and have finally found my career calling in HR. I think HR is Cool because of its ability to make a positive impact on a workplace and more specifically the people within.
I believe in adventure and doing the things you’re supposed to do, in the places they are supposed to be done.
“Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.” – Tony Robbins

Founder / Consultant
“I have learned a smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. I have learned that whenever I decide something with kindness, I have made the right decision. I have learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catcher’s mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back. I have learned that if you laugh and drink soda pop at the same time, it will come out your nose.”
