Annual Employee Benefits and Employment Law Seminar
Please save the date for DWT’s annual Employment Law and Employee Benefits seminar covering the latest updates and practical insights on the hottest benefits, immigration, labor, and employment issues.
They will address a wide variety of legal issues relevant to Washington employers in 2022, including: accommodations, workplace health and safety, ERISA litigation, health and welfare plan developments, Paid Family Medical Leave, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Who will benefit from this program?
The program is geared towards HR professionals and in-house counsel, and is expected to qualify for CLE, HRCI, and SHRM credits.
What if I am most interested in employment or benefits, but not both?
You are welcome to join us for just the morning sessions, which will focus on benefits topics, just the afternoon sessions, which are labor and employment-related, or for the full-day program. Lunch is included in all options. If you would like to attend virtually, you will have access to all sessions. Pricing information is below.
Is the program offered virtually or in person?
Our program this year will be a hybrid format with the option to attend in person, or online virtually. If you would like to join us in person, proof of vaccination is required or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event date. Safety protocols will be in place for our attendees. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 guidance and inform you of any changes as things progress.
