Facilitation has a variety of meanings, some of which are: to make easy, make possible, smooth the progress of, help, or assist. The facilitator does not lead the group, but provides impartial expertise to help the group achieve successful outcomes.

Generally, as your facilitator, we work with you to provide:

  • A meeting process that includes keeping the group focused and on track, neutralizing any group conflict and working with difficult personalities
  • An agenda for the session
  • Ground rules
  • Capture documentation and develop a summary of the outcomes
