Our team of career coaches and recruiters has helped hundreds of candidates navigate career transitions, identify opportunities, strengthen their personal brand, and land roles that align with their goals. We recently refreshed our coaching services to provide even more intentional support for job seekers at every stage of the process.

Q: Who is HR Annie Recruitment and why are you providing Career Coaching services?
A: We’re a team of recruiters, coaches, and consultants who spend every day helping people navigate important career decisions.
Through our recruiting work, we’ve had countless conversations with job seekers who were looking for more than just access to job openings. They wanted guidance, honest feedback, and a trusted partner to help them move forward with confidence.
That’s what inspired us to expand our Career Coaching services.
We wanted to create a way to support people wherever they are in their career journey, whether they’re actively job searching, considering a career change, or simply figuring out what’s next.
Q: Wait, didn’t you used to be called True Calling Recruitment?
A: Yes! If you’ve worked with our team before, you may know us as True Calling Recruitment. That brand has always been powered by HR Annie Recruitment behind the scenes, and we’ve since brought everything under one name.
Same team, same awesome support services, just one home for all of it now.
Q: What inspired HR Annie Recruitment to expand its Career Coaching Services Now?
A: The job market has changed significantly over the past few years, and so have the challenges job seekers are facing. We wanted to make sure our services reflected what people need most right now.
As we reviewed our existing offerings, we saw an opportunity to simplify our services and create clearer pathways for job seekers.
Some people know exactly where they want to go and need help building an effective strategy to get there. Others are still exploring what’s next and would benefit from dedicated time to gain clarity before launching a job search.
Our updated coaching packages are designed to meet people where they are, providing practical tools, personalized guidance, and a clear plan for moving forward.

HR Annie’s career coaching team includes Katy Byrtus and Carly Richter.
About Coach Katy
Katy (she/her) is a career coach here at HR Annie, and also wears the hats of Senior Recruiter and Account Manager. She got her start in social work, managing a jobs program for people with disabilities, before finding her way into recruiting and DEI consulting.
Katy loves working with people across industries and career stages, and she’s especially drawn to supporting folks in non-profits, HR, and creative fields, bringing a coaching style that’s supportive, empathetic, and always practical. She’s passionate about helping people navigate the employment system, something most of us never actually get taught how to do.
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her dancing, crafting, or hanging out with her pup (and really, any dog she meets).

About Coach Carly
Carly is another one of our career coaches here at HR Annie and is also a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at HR Annie Recruitment.
She comes from the hospitality industry, where she spent years managing large seasonal teams and developing hiring processes and onboarding programs.
Carly loves connecting one-on-one with people who need support, encouragement, or guidance during big moments in their careers, helping them recognize their strengths and move forward with confidence. Her coaching style is supportive, people-centered, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that everyone brings something unique to the table.
Outside of work, Carly loves baking alongside the bakers on The Great British Baking Show, challenging herself to keep up with whatever they’re making (and most of the time she can)!

About Elisa
Elisa is the Recruitment Channel & Technology Manager at HR Annie, and also plays a key support role for our career coaching clients. Since joining HR Annie, she’s worked with organizations across several industries —information technology, construction, renewable energy, transportation, engineering, manufacturing, hospitality, and more — and she loves the variety!
Elisa hopes people walk away from working with her with a greater sense of confidence and a clear next step in their career search. We spend so much of our lives at work, and she wants to do all she can to help people find a career they enjoy.
Outside of work, Elisa’s passionate about astrology and finds it amazing how much we can learn about ourselves through our birth charts.

About Nadia
Nadia is a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at HR Annie Recruitment, and also works behind the scenes to support our career coaching clients.
Her professional background is in financial analysis, but she quickly realized she thrives in work centered around people and conversation.
Recruiting allows Nadia to spend her days learning what motivates people and helping connect them with opportunities where they can succeed. She’s passionate about helping people identify what makes them happy at work and align that with their career goals.
Outside of work, she loves music, dance, and the arts, is a classically trained pianist, and never passes up an opportunity for great food and great company.
