Meet Our Guest Speaker
Sarah Brown: Partner & Vice President, People & Operations at Percipio Consulting Group
Sarah Brown is a Partner and Vice President of People & Operations at Percipio Consulting Group, a Portland, Oregon-based management consulting firm serving mid-size to Fortune 500 clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. In her role, Sarah leads Percipio’s team of consultants and extended leadership team in operational excellence, working to nurture the firm’s culture and ensure every team member is set up for long-term career success.
Sarah brings 25 years of experience leading teams, building organizations, and driving client success. Before joining Percipio, she spent 13 years with a local consulting firm leading sales and recruiting for organizations including Intel, Nike, and Columbia Sportswear, and began her career as an Account Director at Waggener Edstrom, managing media relations for global software companies. She holds a degree from Washington State University and is based in Portland, Oregon.
