Compliance Only Version
If you don’t have a handbook, are you asking yourself, “Why would I spend the money on something that nobody reads anyway and limits what I can and cannot do in my business?” If you do have a handbook, are you asking yourself, “Is it still up-to-date and compliant?” HR Annie recommends that any employer who is thinking about hiring their first employee, but certainly any employer that has more than a few employees, have at minimum a Compliance handbook.
