Oregon Anti-Harassment Policy


This policy is compliant with Oregon Workplace Fairness Act and complies with requirements implemented in 2020. This is a great policy to add to an employee handbook, deliver at new hire orientation, and is required when an employee raises a concern of harassment in the workplace.


Harassment and Discrimination are some of the main employment claims in today’s workplaces. Several states require that employers provide policy and communication regarding steps to both report and investigate claims. If your current practices don’t include this important documentation, it is essential that you roll this out immediately. In late 2020 Oregon implemented the Oregon Workplace Fairness Act, requiring employers to comply.
